Tasting notes

Broad and powerful on the attack, showcasing plum, cherry, licorice and sweet spice flavors. The tannins exhibit density and grip, yet this finds good equilibrium in the end. Fine length. Best from 2024 through 2045. 275 cases made, 125 cases imported.

Bright aromas of strawberries and raspberries, leading to dried herbs and leaves. The palate reveals a classically refined style with acidity making a strong push into the tangy cherry on the mid-palate. Fine and chalky tannins to close. Lovely tautness. Try from 2023.
