Tasting notes

A dark garnet color marks this distinctive rosé right away, while the core of pomegranate, blood orange and cherry fruit bursts forth. Has a brisk tobacco streak in the background and rather rambunctious acidity coursing through the finish. Needs a cedar plank—grilled salmon.
