If this was served blind, it is highly unlikely that anyone would peg this as a 20+ year old white as the nose is wonderfully fresh with only the initial hints of secondary development that complements the still firm, intense, focused and pure flavors underpinned by firm acidity and an almost palpable sense of minerality. Indeed, continuing the blind tasting analogy, this could very well pass for a great Chevalier and while approachable now, this will continue to drink well for at least another decade.
