"A more reserved and cooler nose offers plenty of Chablis character with its aromas of mineral reduction, lemon peel, lavender, iodine and green fruit. Here too the medium-bodied flavors display excellent volume with fine concentration before terminating in a focused, dry, balanced and clean finish. I especially like the persistence and this offers outstanding potential quality for a villages. Well worth considering."
