Tasting Note
One of the denser colours. There is a lot going on here on the nose, not yet revealing all its detail. The mouth shows it all, still with a fresher edge from this less ripe vintage, the finish is properly fine, as the fruit is in place and the oak has given up its ground. More raspberry than strawberry in the Fonteny.
