2020 Domaine Louis Michel & Fils Butteaux, Chablis Premier Cru, France 750ml

The lightest of green tints in with the pale yellow. The nose is not too rich and speaks of the limestone more than the sunshine. There is an intensity here over and above Forêts, the tension balancing the fruit content very nicely. Ripe long finish. Tasted: July 2021
