Tasting notes

From 3 parcels of vines of approximately 30, 45 and 65 years of age

A ripe yet still quite fresh nose freely offers up notes of mostly white orchard fruit that is cut with hints of lemon rind and a soft spice wisp. There is very good volume and richness to the lightly stony and well-detailed middle weight flavors that conclude in a focused, persistent and chiseled finish that is also shaped by refreshing citrus-tinged acidity.
