Tasting notes

Mild reduction is enough to overshadow the fruit at present, but it doesn't seem as though it will last. By contrast, there is lovely freshness and verve to the delicious, minerally and well-delineated flavors that are shaped by bright and refreshing citrus-tinged acidity.
