"Not surprisingly this is notably more elegant with its pure, refined and cool nose of lemon rind, spiced pear and green apple aromas that are trimmed is subtle spice notes. There is really lovely intensity to the solidly complex medium weight flavors that are supported by a slightly finer mousse than that of the Intense, all wrapped in a medium-dry finish that also displays a touch of austerity. Again, I would advise holding this for a few years first."
