More elegant, cooler and airier aromas include those of Granny Smith apples, mineral reduction, exotic tea and plenty of citrus elements. The succulent but intense and overtly mineral-driven middleweight flavors possess good cut on the youthfully austere and sneaky long finale. Here too more depth would be helpful but that shouldn't be an issue with a few years of bottle aging.
