Bourgogne Côte d’Or: (the Bouzereau holdings have grown to fully 4 ha and the vines are located in both Meursault and Puligny). Cool and restrained if pretty aromas include those of petrol, lemon zest and a touch of crushed fennel character. The succulent, delicious and appealingly textured middleweight flavors possess a refreshing and agreeably dry finale that is more solidly persistent. This offers better than average quality for the appellation and is worth a look.
