100% whole bunch, 50% new wood (two barrels) which shows a bit on the nose, or perhaps a slight ox in the sample. Coulis de framboise, almost a liqueur raspberry. A wine which will take many years to come round because it does have the exceptional depth of flavour of the lower part of the vineyards, more tannins and a useful thread of acidity.
