This is sufficiently reduced to push what appears to be ripe fruit to the background. Otherwise, there is excellent energy and freshness on the palate of the equally rich and lavishly generous flavors that also stain the mouth with sappy dry extract that also deliver superb length on the balanced finale. This also needs better depth but the aging track record of this wine all but guarantees that more complexity will progressively develop. In a word, excellent. 93/2028+
