A deft application of wood toast sits atop the spicy and markedly floral aromas where additional breadth is present in the form of exotic tea, apple and pear nuances. There is a lovely sense of underlying verve to the utterly delicious and wonderfully refined middle weight flavors that exude fine beads of minerality and salinity, all wrapped in a dry, clean and lingering finale. This sophisticated effort is well-balanced and should age effortlessly.
