The 2012 Morey Saint Denis Vieilles Vignes has a more reticent bouquet compared to the other premier crus from Lignier. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe tannins, good acidity and quite an assertive, voluminous finish that retains impressive tension. This is a vin de garde that will really reach its peak after 10 years in bottle.
