Still a bit cloudy, as Mounir Saouma was still gently stirring the lees. Complex soil-driven aromas feature a suggestion of olive oil. Then dense, quite dry and a bit high-toned, with a piquant note of candied lemon peel. Very young and tight today, and hiding more than it's showing. Finishes with good length, though.
