"A restrained, highly complex and pure nose that is relatively inexpressive at present gives way to delicious and equally complex flavors that finish with a distinct edge as there just isn't quite the same degree of phenolic ripeness of the structural elements. Note that I am suggesting that this not be cellared for as long as it will require for the tannins to fully resolve as this risks drying out with too much time in bottle."
