As one might reasonably expect from the large format bottle, this is evolving very slowly but positively as the complex, cool and restrained nose screams Chablis, in fact it would be very difficult to miss identifying this as such if tasted blind. There is excellent minerality to the still moderately tight, energetic and beautifully precise middle weight flavors that offer excellent depth on the lingering and slightly salty finish. I have upgraded my score slightly because while it may not catch the Dauvissat grands crus (see recent notes herein), it's very close. I have not tasted this recently from 750 ml but I would guess that it would be close to ready
