Yellow plums, apples, and white flowers can be discerned in the nose of the 2002 Meursault Chevalieres. Highly focused, pure, and detailed, it offers minerals, pears, and apples in its lengthy, expressive character. Drink it over the next 6-7 years. (PR)
This represents a big step up in elegance and refinement with pretty, elegant and mineral-infused aromas and middle weight flavors that don't possess the same degree of mid-palate fat but they're sleeker, finer and more balanced. A really lovely effort, particularly for its level.
